Elsevier and Wiley access announcement

We would like to inform you that due to delays in signing Contracts with the publishers for the years 2010-2012, Elsevier and Wiley have informed us that they will discontinue access from 30 September 2010 to all the issues of 2010.

The delay in the signing of the new contracts cause by the process of the pre-contractual check by the Court of Accessors.

Wiley will cut access to all 2009 issues of Blackwell journals because the payment of 2009 has been delayed for bureaucratic reasons.
