Latest updates regarding Electronic Resources of HEAL-Link

We would like to inform you that license agreements for access to the electronic sources of HEAL-Link expired on 31/12/2012. Although negotiations/procedures for renewal for 2013, are ongoing but have not been completed yet as the required budget has not yet been confirmed and approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Religious Affairs and Sports.

This leads to gradually access cut to electronic titles of various publishers. Until today access has already been cut to the contents of IEEE, Project Muse and Thesaurus Linguae Graecae (TLG), while it is expected that soon other publishers will also cut access.

Access is expected to be restored with the signing of renewed agreements for 2013. HEAL-Link makes utmost efforts to expedite the required procedures for budget approval and, consequently, subscriptions renewal.
